After 15 years in Sales and Real Estate, Jeff moved to Costa Rica in 2013 to pursue the “Pura Vida” lifestyle and to help people invest in their happiness abroad.  

Jeff’s passion for real estate, and desire to improve his quality of life, led him to specialize in helping people who are looking to relocate and seeking exciting opportunities in the happiest country in the world!
 

As a resident and advocate for the local community, Jeff is a member of the local security board, assists in animal rescue and is bringing the sport of darts to the Gold Coast by launching a recreational league.  Jeff has lived in the Potrero/Flamingo area for almost seven years solidifying his reputation among locals and expats alike as the go-to guy when you’re ready to invest in your happiness in Costa Rica.

Jeff and his wife Debra spend most of their time in Cost Rica but travel to New Jersey and Alabama to see family. They both agree the clear blue water of Conchal has an edge over the Atlantic, La Forketta in Potrero reminds them of Brooklyn and both places are home if you invest in happiness!  Pura Vida!
